A session time out is recognized by a your browser taking a long time getting a response and coming back with message like, page could not be found or displayed.
When issuing a command to Video Monitoring Software, wait for the command to finish executing before issuing another command i.e. wait for Video Monitoring Software to report back with the results of the command you just issued, before submitting another command to it. This insures an orderly manner of operation.
Also if the remote password is enabled, then the program will log you off after 5 minutes of use, so you may have to log back on occasionally. Or disable the remote password from menu item, Settings, Password, Enable Passwords, Remote Password, or extend the, Minutes for Auto Log Off.
